Andrea "Momma" Grant Andrea is one of the founders of the Masterbatters softball team as well as a former Coach. However, in 2005 Andrea married our all star left fielder Jason Grant and in 2006 gave birth to their beautiful daughter Addison, thus limiting her role on the team. Andrea’s quick glove hand and tremendous speed will be surely missed, however we know she’ll still be out cheering on Jason and maybe, once Addison begins school she’ll return to the team? I for one, hope so! |

Grace "GG" Austin Yes, formerly Grace Sartori now Grace Austin, yes the infamous GG officially hung up her glove in 2008 focusing solely on the accurate scorekeeping the Masterbatters and Rick constantly demand. Although she is probably the loudest and most positive fan we have, Grace has merely shifted into a more executive type role. However if we’re short players we are un-retiring you! |

Soloman "Crazy Legs" Amanuel Soloman is an inspiration, although no one truly knows his age lol, Mr. Amanuel would show up and play as hard as anyone else on the team. Always with Tanya, a few kids and a couple of pets the Amanuel family would famously show up each and every Friday/ Sunday cheering on Sol bringing even more excitement to each and every game. Sadly, some lucky Langley team has snagged our beloved Soloman, but if you ever move back to Vancouver there will always be a spot on our roster for you! PS: Remember, stand closer to the plate buddy! |
